I have a tracker program that gives me some data on who visits my journal. I can't really see people who read via RSS or through their own friendspages, but most people who click into my journal, I capture.

The stats are pretty basic. Because livejournal doesn't allow javascripting, I can't really tell where people are coming from or anything more than someone from Houston is looking at a particular page at a particular time, and it tells me the type of browser and the operating system.

I've had the program installed for four or five years now, and today was the very first day that my tracking program told me someone accessed my journal from an iPhone.

I suspect it won't be the last.

*raises hand* your tracker is a bit inaccurate, then. :)

I read your public posts through momwolf's f-list and about 1/3 to 1/2 of the time it's via the iPhone. And yes, I'm in Houston too, and I adore your puppy stories. :D

LOL. Well, really just a "heheh," but that takes too long to type.

I'm not totally sold on the reader thing. I'm using Google Reader, and I'm not sure it refreshes often enough. And no, it's not the only reader out there, but I've used enough of the rest to judge it less lame than the others I've tried. Of course, the day is young.

Sorta like health care: not where we wanna be, but closer than we are. Pfftt.

Oh. Yeah. I like puppy stories too. And I really appreciate the bile your last post removed from my throat; it was getting hard to swallow.
